ALLEGORY OF CAVE


Allegory of Cave, Matrix, Simulation and Simulacra, our world today in transition. In our efforts to make Human body a mirror to the Robot, that doesn’t die, doesn’t get sick and doesn’t feel pain; all the while trying to make the machines more like human, that acts humane, think for itself and use judgement…we are overlapping the two realms of bio and digital life, just trying to evolve ourselves out of our mere lowly existence trapped in human bodies yearning to break free in the realm where our minds and souls exist...something like the hyperspace, more like a digital cloud perhaps … and be free, no more fear of extinction and need of procreation…
Do we crave an eternal physical form, free from harm yet able to enjoy the pleasures of a perishable body? And then what is pleasure without pain… life without death and human without the turmoil of the mind? yet it is life that we crave hoping to be free from its lifeness that makes it life at the same time. Ironic.
Simulation is the birthplace of the simulacra…. yet it all comes from the illusion of the reality that might or might not exist in the real world. Like Sophie’s world or perhaps like the transcendence of AI.
The shadows of reality and the echoes of truth have chained our humanity for way too long to be craving to seize our low existence in the type o civilisation and finally break free from the string and delve in to the 11th dimension… where the atoms vibrate the same way they did on the day of the big bang, and will continue to do so on the day of judgement.
